VyStar Credit Union in Daytona Beach area seeks a Relationship Specialist I to deliver outstanding member experiences in person and over the phone. You will identify member needs, cross-sell financial solutions, and manage deposits, loans, and other services across branches in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, or Port Orange.

Candidates should have strong communication and listening skills, good problem solving, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred, preferably with a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in-person and on the phone.
• Cross-sell VyStar products and services to members.
• Identify member needs and grow relationships through quality conversations.
• Handle personal and business transactions and loan applications.
• Explain credit and savings options and refer complex products when needed.
• Maintain compliance and follow risk management guidelines.
