Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is hiring a Member Service Representative to greet members, handle inquiries, and support daily club operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate information, and driving sales while maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

The position requires 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience, reliability, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimal direction.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified and maintain certification while employed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club with confidence and energy.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly, accurate information.
• Assist callers with inquiries using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and help drive sales goals.
