Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift light to moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with member sign‑ups and tours of the facility.
• Promote memberships and services to drive sales.
• Maintain front desk operations and check-ins.
• Support app downloads and account updates for members.
• Provide friendly, timely responses and escalate as needed.
