Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in San Diego is seeking a full-time member experience representative to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. Build genuine relationships through active listening and personalized recommendations to support their goals.

As the first face at the club, you’ll help onboarding, maintain a clean, safe gym, and deliver a warm, informative sales and service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to build genuine, trust-based relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and address questions or concerns.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for all members.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Assist onboarding so new members connect with fitness offerings and feel a sense of belonging.
