You will greet guests, assist with questions, promote the culture on the club floor, resolve concerns, and support membership processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter/exit the club and assist with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to a Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Conduct member tours and assess membership needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and spa amenities; sanitize restrooms.
• Perform regular club-area walks to address safety and cleanliness.
