You will greet guests, answer questions, process memberships, and assist on the club floor with positive energy.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Process membership sign-ups and updates, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Handle retail transactions and contribute to sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of equipment and spa amenities.
• Regularly inspect club areas for safety and policy compliance.
• Address maintenance issues (e.g., equipment, faucets) as needed.
