Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain checkout area and process purchases, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Educate members on self-service technology and new programs rollout.
• Support safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Help train and mentor new Member Frontline Services associates.
