Sam's Club in Atlanta seeks a Retail Front End Associate to provide member service, operate checkout, and promote products and services. You will resolve member issues, guide on self-service technology, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges according to policies.

• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and maintain the checkout area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services, and guide members regarding self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for different membership and payment types.
• Follow company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and handling merchandise properly.
• Correct and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintain entrance areas: acknowledge members, verify membership cards, identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and promote the company's products and services.
• Zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, and assist members with transporting items to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain exit areas: review member receipts, acknowledge members, identify member needs, and secure Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and other required documentation, execute emergency response procedures, and ensure compliance with company security and safety practices.
• Assist with the training of Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures, teach new technology and tool functionality, deliver new program rollout training, and provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the area of responsibility is maintained per company policies by properly handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Follow and use company policies, procedures, and ethics standards, including the Open Door Policy, to execute business processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback
