Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative at our Albuquerque club. You’ll greet members, handle check-ins, and support membership sales while delivering friendly, efficient service.

As the face of the club, you’ll promote tanning, group fitness, and childcare, maintain a clean front desk, and ensure a grand-opening ready environment. Prior customer service experience and a CPR/AED certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service-oriented experience.
• Effective communication and reading/writing skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and assist at the front desk.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare.
• Process new member enrollments and handle check-ins per procedures.
• Answer phones courteously and support club events.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and front desk area.
• Open and close the desk per daily checklist.
