Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the face of the club, delivering exceptional service to members and guests. You will help with membership sales, check-ins, and promoting fitness programs while maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby.

You’ll support new member enrollments, answer inquiries, and assist with events. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with enthusiasm and engages with the Crunch SLA process.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations and guest conversion.
• Checks in all members and guests according to procedures and resolves check-in issues.
• Answers phones courteously and professionally.
• Maintains a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Supports events and initiatives and assists with opening/closing duties.
