Job summary

Crunch Fitness Albuquerque is seeking a Lead Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk, drive membership sign-ups, process check-ins, and promote club programs in a fast-paced fitness environment. You will represent the “Undefeated Tribe” culture with energy and a guest-first mindset.

The role includes handling member inquiries, assisting with promotions and product sales, and keeping a clean, welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and staff.
• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions.
• Maintain front desk operations and overall club cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the club, greet members and guests with a warm, genuine smile.
• Handle front desk tasks including check-ins, phone calls, and member inquiries.
• Support membership enrollments, promotions, and retail/tanning programs.
• Keep the lobby and desk area organized and “grand-opening ready” daily.
