Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience at the front desk. You will greet visitors, answer questions, process sign-ups, and provide tours as needed.

In this role you will maintain accurate member records, handle phone inquiries, and support club operations while upholding Planet Fitness standards for cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to continuously stand and walk during shift.
• Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones and assisting callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and assist with new member sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on tours and explain club features.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
