Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign-up new members, and tour prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to members’ accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and escalate to management as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the club’s cleanliness and neatness.
