Job summary

Midwest Fitness Partners, operating Planet Fitness franchises, is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests.

You will greet, check in members, assist with new sign-ups, answer phones, give tours, and help with account updates, while maintaining a clean, welcoming club. The role requires punctuality, reliability, and a friendly, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interest in fitness and health.
• Must be 18+ and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and assist with new member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions or concerns.
• Elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
