Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our club team in Minnesota. You will greet and assist members and guests, answer questions, conduct information calls and tours, and help manage sign-ups, cancellations, and member accounts to ensure a superior member experience.

This role emphasizes friendly communication, problem resolution, and teamwork with the Club Manager and leadership team.

Responsabilités

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
