Job summary

Planet Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to front-desk support and drive positive member experiences. The role includes greeting members, answering questions, tours, and processing sign-ups and account updates.

Responsibilities include handling member inquiries, resolving issues with guidance from the Club Manager, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities within a friendly fitness setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to create a great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
