Job summary

Planet Fitness in Edina, MN seeks a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests at the front desk and drive new member sign-ups while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will handle phone inquiries, tours, and member account updates, assist in check-ins and cancellations, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment in collaboration with the Club Manager and team.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
