Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take info calls and tours, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations and updating member information.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the club.
