Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional member experience at the front desk. You will greet potential members, conduct tours, and assist with sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates, while maintaining a welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, helping with BCM amenities, and forwarding complex issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, delivering a welcoming experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and assist with member questions and concerns.
• Answer phone calls politely and assist with inquiries.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist in member sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to appropriate manager or lead.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club.
