Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the United States to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience through friendly, proactive service. You will greet prospective members, answer questions, conduct tours, assist with check-ins and sign-ups, and help manage member accounts while escalating issues to the Club Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Forward member services issues to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
