Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, drive new member sales, and deliver a superior experience at the front desk.

You will handle tours, answer questions, assist with sign-ups and check-ins, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club. This role emphasizes friendly communication, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
