Job summary

Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based out of Austin, TX, is seeking a front desk team member to deliver a positive member experience and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

As a front desk associate, you will check members in, give tours, assist with sign-ups, update member accounts, and respond to questions while ensuring safety and cleanliness. This is a full-time role with potential overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist with sign-up processes.
• Facilitate updates to members' accounts.
• Respond to member questions and escalate to management as needed.
• Detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Close shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
