Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering membership questions, processing check-ins, and promoting sign-ups for memberships and services. You will work with a team to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
