Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome members, answer questions, and process payments in a fast-paced club setting. You will promote promotions and help ensure a clean, safe environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to balance multiple tasks with a positive, member-first attitude. Flexibility for shifts including weekends is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and assist with inquiries.
• Anticipate member needs and acknowledge members promptly.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give change, and provide receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue and member engagement.
