Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior level of customer service to members, guests, and prospective members in a welcoming environment. You will greet, check-in, answer questions, and promote the Judgement Free Zone while upholding club policies.

The role includes handling membership sign-ups, updating contact and billing information, and processing tours and sales with accuracy. Training is provided, and a friendly, reliable attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
