Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior member experience in a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with inquiries, handle sign-ups and tours, and support club operations while maintaining clean, safe spaces for all guests.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to assist members throughout their fitness journey. Training is provided, and benefits are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED certification training provided by Planet Fitness.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter the club and assist with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership sign-ups and update billing information.
• Perform tours for prospective members and explain membership options.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and facilities.
