Job summary

Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and create a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

The role involves greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, answering calls, tours, and assisting with sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
