Job summary

Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and create a positive member experience through superior service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet potential members, handle front desk tasks, answer calls, offer tours, assist with sign-ups and manage member accounts, while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment. Strong communication and a friendly, solutions‑oriented attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and deliver a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and answer phones politely.
• Take information calls and tours for prospective members.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts.
• Facilitate member services questions and route to the Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain clean and welcoming club environment.
