Job summary

Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to create a positive member experience and drive new member sales. You will greet guests, manage front desk tasks, handle inquiries by phone, provide tours, and help with sign-ups and account updates.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, willing to assist members, and maintaining a welcoming club environment. This position offers full/part-time schedules with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
