Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative in Worcester, MA. You will deliver superior customer service to members and guests, assist with check-in, memberships, and inquiries within a welcoming Judgement Free Zone.

The role offers flexible full- and part-time shifts, opportunities for career growth, and a focus on cleanliness and safety across the club. CPR training is provided and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and handle inquiries.
• Process memberships, updates, cancellations, and payments.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Perform tours for prospective members and conduct needs assessments.
• Handle retail transactions and drive sales while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas and report maintenance issues promptly.
