Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to greet members, process sign-ups, answer inquiries, and support sales goals in a welcoming environment. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a passion for helping members on their fitness journey.

Candidates should be 18+, be willing to obtain CPR/AED certification, and perform duties includingCheck-in, billing updates, tours, and maintaining facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified; training provided by Planet Fitness.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; assist with questions and check-ins.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist fitness journeys.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries; manage sign-ups and billing updates.
• Close with guests and resolve concerns; escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Perform memberships tasks, including signups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Support sales goals and help achieve club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and upsell services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
