Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and support club operations with a positive attitude. You will respond to inquiries, assist with sign-ups, process memberships, drive retail sales, and help keep the club clean and safe while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with check-ins and questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process memberships, sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing details.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and support club goals.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked and address safety/policy issues.
