Job summary

Planet Fitness in Easton, MA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a welcoming, judgement-free gym experience. You will greet guests, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, safe club.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts, opportunities to meet sales goals, and training to become CPR/AED certified. You will support members on their fitness journeys and uphold Planet Fitness CORE values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and Recovery Zone areas; sanitize restrooms and common spaces.
