Responsibilities include greeting members, handling front desk duties (phones, check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours) and updating member accounts, with a focus on timely responses and professional interactions. The role emphasizes club cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
