Job summary
Planet Fitness - Glow Brands is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests. - Ability to greet members and handle front desk tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
- Check members into the system and process new sign-ups.
- Take prospective members on tours.
- Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and escalate as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
