Planet Fitness - Glow Brands is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests and prospective members at our Radcliff location. You will help with front desk operations, sign-ups, tours and account updates.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and coworkers.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and professional conduct.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and prospective members with outstanding service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Update and maintain members' accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Help maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
