You will assist with check-ins, answer inquiries, and support membership needs in a fast-paced gym environment. Candidates should bring a customer service background, basic computer skills, and a genuine passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership related tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and spa areas.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns promptly.
