Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver superior customer service to members, guests and prospective members in a welcoming, clean environment. You will check in members, greet visitors, process signups, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a Judgment Free culture.

Daily tasks include answering calls, handling memberships, updating information, and supporting staff with events and facility upkeep. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Positive friendly attitude.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency with an eye for accuracy.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Explain and promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
