Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining courtesy and professionalism.

• Answer phones promptly and provide accurate information.
• Process payments, give receipts, and handle transactions.
