Responsibilities include greeting members, answering phones, tours of the club, signing up new members, logging amenities and communicating billing questions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members; log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and billing issues in a timely manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, and front desk area.
