EPIC Fitness Group dba Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide a superior member experience to members, prospective members and guests in line with our Judgement Free philosophy.

You will greet members, answer phones, check in guests, give tours and assist with sign-ups, log amenities and communicate billing updates. You will help keep the club clean and create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented, friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions
• Check in members, provide club tours, and sign up new members; log amenities and relay updates
• Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility including front desk and amenities
