Job summary

YouFit Gyms is seeking a Member Service Specialist to create an outstanding experience for every member and guest. You’ll be the first contact, greeting people warmly, handling check-ins, and processing transactions with accuracy.

This role supports retention, answers inquiries, enforces gym policies, and contributes to a positive, energetic front desk environment. Fluency in English required; multilingual skills are a plus, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Cash handling and basic point-of-sale operations.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage member check-ins and verify account status.
