Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient reading, speaking, and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage member check-ins and verify account status.
• Answer calls and assist members with inquiries.
• Handle account updates, billing, and past-due balances.
• Support retention efforts and assist with cancellations.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain safety.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Assist with front desk cleanliness.
• Guide prospects through membership options.
