Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with positive engagement.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with transactions, cash handling, and balance accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for check-ins and account updates.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage member check-ins, verify account status, and address alerts.
• Answer calls, provide information, and direct inquiries as needed.
• Handle account updates, payments, and past-due balances.
• Support retention by discussing options to prevent cancellations.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer for purchases and passes.
• Enforce gym policies to maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Perform opening/closing duties to prepare the facility.
• Assist with front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Introduce members to membership options and facility features.
