Job summary

Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to support pre-opening activities and deliver an exceptional gym experience. You will greet members, assist with memberships and retail, promote club amenities, and help enroll new members while maintaining a friendly, professional front desk.

This role emphasizes relationship building, strong communication, and a commitment to member satisfaction in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement and retention.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations.
• Checks in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, to include resolving any member check-in with an alert.
• Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
