Job summary

Planet Fitness in the United States is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering friendly, professional service while keeping the club clean and welcoming.

You will check in members, answer questions about memberships and gym services, assist with billing and renewals, and help promote memberships and personal training offerings in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Assist with membership inquiries, policies, and gym services.
Check-in members, process billing/renewals, and manage front desk transactions.
Maintain clean, organized front desk and club presentation, including locker rooms.
Promote memberships, personal training, and other services.
Collaborate with team and management to meet club goals and safety standards.
