Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the friendly first point of contact for members and guests. You will assist with check-ins, answer inquiries about memberships, and help with billing and renewals while keeping the front desk organized and the club clean.

You will promote memberships and services, work well with the team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
