Responsibilities include greeting members, answering calls, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a fast-paced retail fitness club. Availability to work a flexible rotating schedule is essential for this full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Manage member needs and respond promptly with accurate information; resolve concerns.
• Provide courteous phone service and accurate information.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give receipts, and provide change when required.
• Promote products, promotions, and memberships to drive revenue.
