UCCU is seeking an MSR I to deliver exceptional member experiences across in-person, phone, text, and email channels. You will handle a broad range of banking services, maintain accurate records, and support online/mobile banking while upholding regulatory requirements.

You will build relationships with members, assist with branch operations, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with products and services. This role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and professional conduct.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years experience in banking or credit union
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies and regulatory requirements
• Excellent member service, communication and public relations skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent member experience by delivering a wide range of banking services with accuracy and care
• Open/maintain consumer accounts, assist with online/mobile banking, support branch technology
• Balance cash drawer, perform audits, and handle loan servicing tasks including payoffs and address changes
• Build long-term relationships with members and represent UCCU’s reputation in every interaction
