Job summary

Utah Community Credit Union is seeking a dedicated MSR to deliver excellent member service and support across banking channels. You will open and maintain consumer accounts, assist with online and mobile banking, and handle a variety of account services with accuracy and professionalism.

You will build relationships with new and existing members, communicate financial information, and contribute to branch operations with reports, training, and ongoing education to stay current with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent member service, communication, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer accounts; assist with online/mobile banking needs.
• Support members with branch technology; process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other services.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and perform audits and documentation.
